L&#8217;\u00e9quipe familale travail sans arr\u00eat depuis septembre l&#8217;automne dernier avec l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un expert.\u00a0 Andr\u00e9 a particip\u00e9 \u00e0 toutes les \u00e9tapes tel que l&#8217;ajout de ma\u00eetres lignes en for\u00eat, l&#8217;ajout d&#8217;une station de pompage au bout du canyon, l&#8217;ajout de r\u00e9servoirs pour la collecte de l&#8217;eau d&#8217;\u00e9rable et finalement l&#8217;installation d&#8217;un nouvel \u00e9vaporateur Tole Inox pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&#8217;augmentation de productivit\u00e9.\u00a0 La saison est bien d\u00e9marr\u00e9e, il y a encore un bon couvert de neige dans la for\u00eat et la saison s&#8217;annonce excellente!<\/p>\n<p>Les produits 2018 sont donc disponibles maintenant et vous \u00eates tous invit\u00e9s \u00e0 visiter Lise et Andr\u00e9 Paris \u00e0 la cabane. Appelez-nous avant de vous d\u00e9placer au 450-292-3338 sinon hors saison au 450-360-0688.<\/p>\n<p>The 2018 season<\/p>\n<p>2018 is our 17th season of production of maple syrup, maple butter, maple taffy and maple butter filled chocolates!<\/p>\n<p>This year was our biggest season of preparation to reach the desired installation of near 3000 taps. This represents an increase of nearly 2000 more taps than last year.\u00a0 The family team has been working non-stop since September last fall with the help of a sugaring expert called Pierre. Andr\u00e9 took part of all stages of work such as the addition of main lines in the forest, a new pumping station at the lower end of the canyon, new reservoirs and tanks to collect more maple sap and finally the installation of new Tole Inox evaporator or boiler to increase the productivity.\u00a0 The season is well underway now and there are still lots of snow cover in the forest so in essence the season looks excellent!<\/p>\n<p>The products are available so you are all invited to visit Lise and Andr\u00e9 Paris at the shack.
