2020 est notre 19\u00e8me saison de production de sirop d\u2019\u00e9rable, beurre d\u2019\u00e9rable, tire d\u2019\u00e9rable et chocolats fourr\u00e9s au beurre d\u2019\u00e9rable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La saison a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite car d\u00e8s la fin mars nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9colt\u00e9 autant de sirop que l’an dernier \u00e0 la mi-avril. R\u00e9chauffement climatique ou COVID19 qui sait? Malheureusement le temps des sucres coincide avec la quarantaine soit obligatoire ou sugg\u00e9r\u00e9e donc aucune visite n’est permise \u00e0 la cabane durant la r\u00e9colte du sirop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La situation est difficile mais le sirop est quand m\u00eame disponible pour l’achat. Appelez nous sinon pour faire une commande. N\u2019oubliez pas nous ne servons pas de repas de cabane. Appelez-nous avant de vous d\u00e9placer au 450-292-3338 sinon hors saison au 450-360-0688.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2020 is our 19th season of producing maple syrup, maple butter, maple taffy and chocolates filled with maple butter!
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The season started in earnest and as such by the end of March we have already harvested as much syrup as last year in mid-April. Global warming or COVID19 who knows? Unfortunately the sugaring season coincides with a mandatory or suggested quarantine so no visit is allowed at the sugar shack during sugaring season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The situation is difficult, we hope you understand but the new syrup is still available for purchase. Call or email us to put an order. Remember, we do not serve meals. Call us before visiting to 450-292-3338 if out of season at 450-360-0688.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
